During our time together we will slow down, go within, and explore our inner realms deeply through workshop and transformational conversation. Along with expanding into the eastern practices of Yoga, Meditation, and Qi-Gong. Through these practices we will deepen our connection to that god-being within each of us, within all things.

 

As well as daily excursions to explore the unique plants and animals that call this island home. All of the excursions are listed below and INCLUDED in your price.

 

Each day we will spend time in meaningful and practical workshops, allowing us to dig deep and see clearly. To find our voice, rediscover our light, embrace our inner warrior, take back our power, and embody our truth.

 

Typical Daily Schedule:

7:00am-8:30am: Morning Yoga, Silent Meditation, Intention Setting

8:30am-9:00am: Breakfast

9:00am-9:45am: Personal Retreat Time (Break)

9:45am-10:45am: Transformational Check In

10:45am-11:00am: Short Break

11:00am- 12:15pm: Workshop

12:15pm-2:30pm: Lunch & Personal Retreat Time (Break)

2:30-???: Excursions/Activities

5:30pm-8:00pm: Personal Retreat Time (Break) & Dinner

8:00- 8:30pm: Qi-Gong (3 nights)

 

 

What is included:
