Dr. Yina Cuevas is a holistic chiropractor who works with the body’s natural design, seeing each posture, breath, and movement as a reflection of its capacity to adapt. She works through the central nervous system, understanding that true healing happens when the physical, mental, and spiritual are brought back into harmony. Embracing the principles that guide mindful movement and body awareness, Yina honors the connection between breath, alignment, and energetic flow...core elements that deepen presence and embodiment in every practice. Guided by the principles of biotensegrity, she does not follow symptoms; instead, she traces the deeper patterns that shape how we move, feel, and connect with the world. Yina recognizes that an interfered central nervous system manifests as stress, while a clear and well-regulated nervous system supports resiliency and optimal function. As a certified Foundation Training coach, she weaves functional movement into her care, helping people rediscover their strength, fluidity, and innate capacity to heal. Her work is guided by a clear purpose: to help each person feel at home in their own body.
