Wholesome Alchemy's RYT teaches on traditional yogic principles and history, along with embodiment and integration of personal truth. Offering the most authentic yoga teacher training available, in an intimate container.

This well-rounded training will give you the understanding and confidence to find your own voice within the practice. To implement & understand the rich history, along with the courage to offer your own self expression.
 
To move beyond the western practice of yoga and to return to its roots.
 
We need you to understand that Yoga is not a work out, even though it does offer many health benefits. However these are simply benefits, not the purpose of the practice.
